Khao Chong Botanic Garden is located in Tambon Chong, Ampuh Nayong, Trang province.  The Garden is located in an area that includes a former southern Forest Station and the Khao Banthat Wildlife Sanctuary between Ton Yai and Ton Noi Waterfalls.  The total area of the Botanic Garden is 1,000 rai, which is equal to 160 hectares.
