The northeast monsoon strongly influences the weather from October to March and the southwest monsoon from April to September.  The monsoons cause rain throughout most of the year, with a short dry season from January to March.  The annual average rain fall is 2,232.3 mm, the  average temperature is 22.68 – 32.3º C, and the average relative humidity is 61.0 – 95.7%.
